The past week saw us eat lots of Inihaw na squid etc , Steamed crabs and raw food like kinilaw. For a change we wanted to eat something fried and crispy for that matter. We eventually found ourselves at the Sunburst Fried Chicken Restaurant.
We still had our usual kinilaw but since this is Mindanao, they usually have Malasugue as their fish of choice for the Kinilaw dish.
The Sunburst Fried Chicken's cripyness will put Jollibee's crispilicious and juicylious fried chickens to shame. They have most probably perfected fried food which is actually their pride as Fried Chicken specialists.
The first chicken dish we ordered was their crispy chicken skin. I just dont know how they do it but their crispy chicken skin made me want mor eeventhough I should not be eating cripsy cfrdied chicken.
We also added chicken wings and chicken tails which made our meal quite soothing considering we just made it to CDO. I advise our readers to eat here if you are really into fried stuff.
