STI GYM - Almost finished

In just a week, the finishing touches of the first STI Gym will be in place and hopefully the STI College Olympians will finally have a place that they can call their home. Below are some pics of the gym from the time the maple floor was placed on the hardwood and until the last varnish.

As you can see the maple flooring has already been buffed and ready for the last nail in the coffin.

Here is another view of the Gym. This picture was taken in the late afternoon which means that the sun is on the other side of the building which creates a dark shadow on the gym.

The design is simple and the name STI COLLEGE is put on one side of the court ( I still need to see if there is balance and the other side has the same STI name on it) As seen here, the finishing touches of the STI name.

In this photo, the final varnish has already been applied and as the maintenance person said, they are just "curing" the varnish, put the scoreboard in its place and the court can already be used for playing. Can't wait to step on the court which my shooting will own! hahaha.
