Call me predictable but if you go to a certain place only once a year you will always go back to places that captivate you and to restaurants that capture your best taste. In Iloilo one of the Restaurants we frequent is the NES AND TATS restaurant. This place is just a stone's throw away from SM City Iloilo.
For starters this Nylon Shell is a great appetizer since the soup is quite nice since it gives the bottom part of your stomach enough to perk up your appetite. Served hot, you will definitely get around two bowls of it.
The Kinilaw na Pasayan is such a big hit that we immediately ate it all up considering that there were only two orders left. This is something worth going back to.
I have already mellowed down with regards to oysters. GOne are the days that I would order two plates like the one shown here and eat it all up.
The adjective that would describe their inihaw na boneless bangus is juicy. And because of this Its something worth eating on and on and on. 
True to its word, their Crispy Pata is very crispy. You can describe the food as "Gone in 60 Seconds!" That was the only time it took for the crispy pata to stay on the table considering it event took me 10 seconds to take a picture of it. It was truly Yummy!
